Our galvanized iron (GI) pipe fittings are designed for water supply, fire protection, industrial piping, and construction projects worldwide.
Learn more about GI fittings in our guide: What Are GI Pipe Fittings?
Galvanized pipe fittings, also known as GI (Galvanized Iron) pipe fittings, are threaded fittings coated with a protective zinc layer to improve corrosion resistance and service life.
They are widely used in water supply systems, fire protection installations, industrial piping, and construction projects where durability and reliable performance are required. 1/8" Fittings, 1/4" Fittings, 3/8" Fittings, 1/2" Fittings, 3/4" Fittings, 1" Fittings, 1-1/4" Fittings, 1-1/2" Fittings, 2" Fittings, 2-1/2" Fittings, 3" Fittings, 4" Fittings is avaliable.
Common GI pipe fittings include elbows, tees, reducers, unions, couplings, and nipples, which are designed to connect, redirect, or extend piping systems.
Galvanized steel fittings are made of malleable iron for tensile strength, galvanized plating for corrosion resistance, solid and durable.mainly used for connecting, terminating, controlling flow, and changing the direction of piping in different industries.
Mainly galvanized steel fittings used with galvanized pipe are galvanized elbow, galvanized flange, galvanized cross, galvanized tee, galvanized mechanical tee, galvanized concentric, etc.

JIANZHI's galvanized pipe fittings have a zinc layer thickness of up to 70 µm, and all are galvanized first and then processed. While ensuring anti-corrosion performance, the accuracy of the thread is also guaranteed.
There are a variety of galvanized steel fittings, including bushings, elbows, couplings, caps, tees, unions, and core plugs. When installed properly, fittings and pipes will create an efficient plumbing system. Here you will find a description of use for each type of fitting so you can best find what you are looking for.
Elbows: Galvanized elbows come in two different sizes, 45 and 90 degrees. They are used to change the direction of the flow of water. The connections will attach directly to the pipe. With galvanized pipe, there are also 45 and 90-degree street elbows. Unlike the regular elbow, a street elbow connects to a galvanized fitting rather than the pipe itself and is also used to change the direction of the pipe.
Couplings: Galvanized couplings are used to connect two pieces of pipe together. Couplings create a tight fitting to prevent any leaks.
Caps: Used to create an airtight secure cover for the end of a galvanized pipe.
Cored Plugs: These types of fittings have threaded ends to close the end of the pipe. It fits into female threading and has a square head that allows it to be easily installed with a wrench.
Tee Fittings: Created to combined or split the fluid flow, galvanized pipe fittings are the perfect solution to add to the piping systems to connect pipes of different diameters or when then pipe needs to run in a different direction.
Unions: Often confused with couplings, unions connect two pieces of pipe. The difference between the two is that a union provides a quicker and more convenient way to disconnect the pipe in case of the need for maintenance.

Joining galvanized steel pipe fittings to galvanized steel pipe requires pipe dope or PTFE tape and two pipe wrenches. Start by liberally coating the threads of the pipe with pipe dope or wrapping the threads with PTFE tape. Make sure the pipe joint compound or tape go into the threads, to ensure a water tight connection.
