The daily maintenance of pressure pipelines is essential to ensuring and extending their service life. In order to maintain the pressure pipeline successfully, the operator must do a good job on a daily basis.
1. Maintain the integrity of the protective measures of the pressure pipeline so that corrosion doesn't occur;
2. The operating mechanism of the valve should be rust removed and oiled frequently and operated regularly to ensure its flexible operation;
3. In order to ensure that the safety valve and pressure gauge are accurate and sensitive, they should be cleaned frequently and checked on time;
4. Make sure that the fastening bolts are complete, not rusted, have a complete thread, and are connected securely;
5. Be aware of pipeline vibrations. If abnormal vibrations are detected, take measures to reduce them such as isolating the vibration source and strengthening the support. When friction is detected, act immediately;
6. It is a necessity to maintain the electrostatic jumper and grounding device in a suitable condition and to repair any damage as soon as possible;
7. It is necessary to drain the deactivated pressure pipeline, replace it, clean and dry it, and protect it using inert gas. An outer surface should be painted, and thermal insulation materials should be checked for integrity;
8. Inspect parts that are prone to corrosion and wear, such as the contact between the pipeline and the bracket, and take timely action if problems are discovered.
9. Get rid of the leaking phenomena in the pipeline system in time;
High-temperature pipeline flanges must be heat-tightened during the heating process; low-temperature pipelines must be cold-tightened during cooling;
11. For welding zero lines and other tools, as well as lifting heavy objects, pipes and brackets cannot be used as anchor points;
12. Conduct regular inspections of the pipeline with pressure pipeline inspection personnel.
13. Maintenance and inspection of pressure pipelines should focus primarily on pipelines that are relevant to production, pipelines that crossroads, bridges, railways, rivers, and residential areas, pipelines that carry explosive, toxic, and corrosive media, pipelines that operate under harsh conditions, and pipelines that carry alternating loads.
14. Whenever the following situations are encountered in the operation, emergency measures should be taken immediately and management personnel and departments should be informed promptly:
(1) The medium's temperature and pressure exceed the allowable range, and the measures are ineffective;
(2) Cracks, bulging deformation and leakage of pipelines and components;
(3) The pressure pipeline is frozen and obstructed;
(4) Vibrations and noises abnormally occur within the pressure pipeline, posing a danger to the system's operation;
(5) The safety protection device malfunctions;
(6) A fire accident occurs that directly threatens the normal and safe functioning of the facility;
The valves and monitoring devices of the pressure pipeline are not functioning properly, posing a safety risk.
1. Establish and improve the safety management system for pressure pipelines, including implementing relevant safety laws, regulations, and technical standards;
2. Be responsible for the safety management of pressure pipelines, organize the safety technical education and training of relevant operators, and manage statistical reporting regarding pressure pipelines;
3. Prepare technical filesand handle the registration of pressure pipelines;
4. Set up a regular inspection plan for pressure pipelines, and arrange for the regular calibration and inspection of auxiliary instruments, safety protection devices, and measurement and control devices;
5. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of pressure pipelines.
6. Taking immediate action to rectify hidden dangers of accidents, and reporting hidden dangers of major accidents to the quality supervision department in writing.
7. An inspection system should be established for pressure pipelines transporting flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive materials, emergency plans and rescue teams should be formulated, and regular drills should be conducted;
8. Participate in the approval of modifications to pressure pipeline process parameters;
9. Notify the competent department and the quality supervision department of pressure pipeline accidents as soon as possible and truthfully.
1. Safety supervision agencies must train operators in safety technology and post-operational safety methods, and operators can only become certified to work after passing a final assessment.
2. This position requires the operator to be aware of the technical characteristics, system structure, technological process, technological indicators, possible accidents, and measures that must be taken in the case of a pressure pipeline malfunction. To understand the principle, understand the performance, understand the structure, and understand the use; and to have the ability to use, maintain, and troubleshoot.
3. There is a strict prohibition on operating overpressure and over temperature, and the operator must strictly adhere to the operating instructions.
I. In accordance with national regulations, construction operators are required to undergo rigorous professional and technical training and to possess certificates in order to operate.
2. Construction operators must wear work clothing and special protective equipment before entering the construction site.
3. Clearly marked warning signs and operating areas that restrict the entry and exit of unrelated personnel should be placed at construction sites. When working at a height of 2 meters or more above the ground, and operating platform with guardrails must be put in place, as well as a safe passage that will permit rapid evacuation of personnel.
4. Leakage medium, temperature, pressure, hole size, external dimensions, and defects of the leakage site must all be carefully examined and documented. Additionally, it provides the only basis for developing feasible construction methods, safety measures, and emergency response strategies. Construction operations can only begin after sufficient preparations have been made.
5. In selecting a fixture sealing method, the following sequence must be followed: site survey data, fixture design and manufacture, fixture installation, and inject sealant from the fixture injection valve to eliminate leakage. Each process follows a clear procedure for ensuring safety.
1. Make all preparations and implement various safety measures before using the pressure pipeline.
2. Pressure pipeline operators must be familiar with the performance and safety features of the pressure pipelines they operate. Non-post personnel are not permitted to operate pressure pipelines. Personnel on duty should keep operation records and shift handover records in accordance with the regulations, and the handover process should disclose the safety of the equipment and operation.
3. A pressure pipeline body's safety accessories should be complete, sensitive, and reliable, and the measuring instruments should be inspected by the quality supervision department during the validity period.
4. The operation status of the pressure pipeline should be observed at all times, and the operation records should be maintained at any time. Pay attention to whether the pressure and temperature are within the allowable range, whether there is medium leakage, whether the body of the equipment has visible deformation, etc., and take immediate steps and report any abnormalities found (pressure gauges, safety valves, etc.). The following items are included in the routine inspection:
4.1 Various process index parameters, operating conditions, and system stability;
4.2 The condition of pipe joints, valves, and pipe fittings;
4.3 The condition of the insulation layer and anti-corrosion layer;
4.4 Vibration of the pipeline;
4.5 Installation, corrosion, and support of pipeline supports and hangers, as well as the condition of foundations;
4.6 The connection between pipes and between pipes and adjacent components, as well as the condition of pipe fittings;
4.7 Whether the valve and other operating mechanisms are sensitive and effective.
4.8 The condition of safety protection devices such as safety valves, pressure gauges, and bursting discs;
4.9 The anticorrosion cathode and anode protection devices are in good condition;
4.10 Other defects or abnormalities.
5. If the heating company stops and resupplies gas, make sure the pipeline and the sub-cylinders, valves, etc. Are in good working order. The air supply valve should be gradually opened to normal pressure, and the pressure should not exceed the specified pressure when supplying air.
6. The water and gas valves should be closed before overhauling the pipeline, and the pressure should be relieved and cooled before operation. In order to prevent burns and other injuries, personnel should avoid valves, nozzles, etc. during the operation.
